Depending on your status and relationship with the Association as a Unit Owner, occupant, resident, directors, managing agent, attorney, or contractor, you may be assigned an account and password in order to access certain areas of this website. Access to these areas is restricted by the Association in its sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify the Association of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. The Association my establish policies and procedures for providing access to secured portions of the Website. Without limiting the foregoing, once a User ceases to own or occupy a unit at The Woods at Auburn Lakes, the User’s password and account will be eliminated for the Website. Unit owners and occupants of units will be assigned separate accounts and passwords to access certain areas of this Website.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions together with any documents expressly referred to in them, contain the entire Agreement between the Association and User relating to the subject matter covered and supersede any previous Agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral, between the Association and User in relation to such matters. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of these terms and conditions. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you have not relied on any representation other than those expressly stated in these terms and conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not been made expressly in this Agreement.

The failure of any party hereto to insist upon strict performance of any of the covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement, or to exercise any option or right conferred, on any on or more instances, will not be construed to be a waiver or relinquishment of any such option or right, or or any other covenants or agreements, but the same will be and remain in full force and effect.
