Property Management

The Property Manager assists our community by assuring compliance with laws and ordinances, collecting information for the Board, preparing financial reports, disbursing payments to vendors and contractors. A major function of our Property Manager is responding to unit owners who have maintenance, repair,  landscaping and architectural requests or questions and other concerns. Managers carry out board policies, obtain bids from contractors, prepare communications to owners and provide archival and documentation service for the community.  The Property Manager will provide thoughtful recommendations when requested, but ultimately the Board retains all decision-making and policy-forming responsibilities.
